Hello, I'm Adina, a compassionate psychotherapist inspired by my own transformative journey to provide a safe, nurturing space for healing and growth. With a foundation in BSc Psychology, an MSc in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, and an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy, I bring both knowledge and a passion for continuous exploration to our work together. I understand that sometimes you feel lonely no matter how many people are around you. Probably, is hard to trust people so you don’t have as many friends, or perhaps none that you truly consider 'friends.' Is really hard to express your emotions because most of the time you don’t recognise your emotions or your needs. Is hard to find pleasure in life even though you achieved almost everything you wanted. You feel like you have a huge void in your chest and have no idea how to get rid of it. There is no need to carry on, I know it hurts. But if you are here, I know you are looking for something… I know you are looking for the missing piece in your chest.

Well, I don’t know what gifts this journey might bring you but I know how can I help you. I can offer you unconditional acceptance, a safe and nurturing space for you to be able to explore and integrate your inner wounds. When our inner child is suffering, our adult life might feel miserable. But when our inner child is healed, miracles happen. Let me tell you some examples. Instead of criticizing yourself bitterly, you would learn to listen to your emotions and body and offer yourself exactly what you need. You will be able to experience self-love, a warm sensation in your chest, a genuine kindness towards yourself. You would be able to improve your relationships, to have the nurturing and authentic connection you are secretly searching for.
Because I know you might be experiencing recurring depression, unexplained anxiety, feeling stuck in the same scenarios for years on end, PTSD symptoms, and low self-esteem, you need someone who is trauma-informed trained and understands development-related challenges, who is patient and kind, allowing you to process at your own pace. So, I took the time to develop my skills through intensive studies and personal development in order to create a therapeutic environment that is both supportive and empowering.
Being an integrative psychotherapist, give me the possibility to incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques to address your unique needs and provide the necessary support. Typically, I embrace a person-centred approach, as I firmly believe that you possess all the internal resources required, and I am here to guide you in uncovering them. Nonetheless, I am also comfortable in using psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches to ensure the most effective therapy for you.

truth. No matter how ugly or unattractive can be, is your truth and it deserves to be listened to.

In addition to providing face-to-face therapy, I also offer online counselling via Zoom and Skype.
Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £75 per session. Payment can be made in cash or bank transfer.
